Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Viewerss handles information when you use our public Facebook viewer, Instagram image viewer, video viewer, blog, and support pages.

Overview

Viewerss is built for public media checks

Viewerss is designed to help visitors review public profile images, public photo links, and public video URLs. You should not submit passwords, login codes, private account data, payment details, personal documents, or any sensitive information through the tools.

The tools do not ask for your Facebook or Instagram password. They are intended for public URLs only and do not bypass privacy settings, locked profiles, private albums, private posts, or platform access controls.

Information you submit

URLs and form messages

When you paste a URL into a Viewerss tool, that URL may be sent to our server so the tool can request publicly available media from the source page. We use the submitted URL to return the result shown on the page.

If you contact us through a contact page or email link, we may receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, website, message, and any details needed to reply.

Technical data

Logs, device data, and security

Like most websites, Viewerss may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, timestamps, referrer URL, and error logs. This information helps us troubleshoot problems, reduce abuse, protect the service, and understand basic site performance.

We do not use technical logs to identify private social media activity. Logs may be retained for a limited period when needed for security, diagnostics, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Cookies

Cookie consent and local storage

Viewerss uses a small cookie consent preference so the site remembers whether you accepted the cookie banner. The site may also use browser storage for basic interface behavior, such as keeping a banner hidden after you accept it.

Third-party services, including advertising, analytics, CDN, or embedded scripts, may use their own cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Advertising and third parties

External services may process data

Viewerss may use third-party services for hosting, content delivery, analytics, advertising, spam prevention, or performance monitoring. These services may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser details, and the page you visited.

Viewerss may link to external websites or social platforms. We do not control those websites, their privacy practices, or the public availability of content on those platforms.

Public media

Returned images and videos

Media shown by Viewerss comes from public URLs or public responses made available by the source platform at the time of the request. If content is removed, restricted, private, locked, or blocked by the source platform, Viewerss may not return a result.

Do not use Viewerss to collect, harass, impersonate, monitor, or misuse another person's content. Public visibility does not automatically give you permission to republish, sell, or otherwise use someone else's media.

Your choices

Managing privacy preferences

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. You can also block cookies, limit tracking technologies, or use browser privacy controls, though some site features may behave differently.

For privacy questions or requests, use the contact page and include enough information for us to understand your request. Do not send passwords or private account credentials.
